The proposal is to develop 25 new homes, the layout, siting and design of which will be sympathetic to the wider Forbes Park development, i.e. phases 1 and 2 as noted above. Connectivity to the previous developments and the wider village services will be provided through Forbes Way and Forbes Park.
25% affordable housing will be provided as shown on the draft layout and will be delivered as part of the early phases of development and integrated into the design of the development to provide a mix of house types and sizes to meet local need.
